The head of the buchbrunn community, hermann queck, turned 60 last week. The jubilarian was born on 8. Born on august 1958 and grew up with four siblings in repperndorf, germany. After attending elementary school, he learned a trade at the fichtel& ) company sachs became a locksmith, but by 1979 he had already become a truck driver, and in 1988 he wanted to train as a professional driver. He has been a member of the reka-kartonagen works council for 40 years.
In 1980, he married his wife gudrun, who comes from buchbrunn, and who congratulated him on his birthday with four children and four grandchildren. The countless guests included district administrator tamara bischof. Queck has been a member of the village council since 1996 and succeeded hans friederich in 2014. He came to the local council with the intention of helping to shape the village. He was first deputy chairman of the sports club and second in command of the fire department, both of which he has since relinquished.
In his free time, hermann queck enjoys his grandchildren and motorcycling, covering up to 10,000 kilometers a year. His longest tours took him almost regularly to the dolomites. The only dream he hasn’t yet fulfilled is a motorcycle trip to the north cape. This is to take place when he has finished his working life and draws his pension.
But first, queck wants to decide in 2019 whether he will run for mayor again in the 2020 municipal elections.
Until then, he wants to keep reading the newspaper in the morning while having breakfast, as well as barbecuing on the terrace almost regularly. Then he sits gladly with friends and acquaintances with a celebration evening beer together. (bag)
